Return Policy

Except for orifices, all parts and accessories returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a refund or exchange when returned in new unused condition. See below for details. Must be in original packaging and suitable for resale. We do not charge restocking fees. We do not refund outbound shipping cost or pay return shipping unless there was a mistake on our end.


Ordered wrong parts?
If you ordered the wrong parts for your grill, don't worry. As long as they are in new, saleable condition, you can simply return them.
  • If you just want to return the parts, we'll credit your account less the original outbound shipping cost.
     
  • If you have found the correct parts on our site and wish to exchange, simply return what you can't use and tell us what part numbers you need.  We'll make the exchange, adjust the order total to reflect any difference in parts cost, debit or credit your account as necessary, and ship your new parts out as fast as possible. There is a flat rate $6.95 (small items) to $8.50 exchange shipping charge.
The best way to find the correct parts for your grill is to shop by grill brand and model number. Don't rely solely on the owners manual for model number as these are frequently mixed up at retail stores. Find your model number on the Product Certification Tag located somewhere on your grill.


Did we say the parts would fit your model?
If you ordered a part from the model page for your specific grill brand and model, or a page that indicates specifically that the part fits your grill's model number, and the part does not fit, kindly send an email to CustomerService@broilking-gasgrillparts.com, with a photo of your grill’s Product Certification Tag located on your grill showing the complete, legible model number and a photo of the front of your grill. Note: We cannot accept model numbers from owner’s manuals. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We will research your issues and contact you promptly. Do not return the parts. Please include the following information:
  • Order number
  • Your grill brand and model number
  • Include photos of Product Certification Tag and front of grill
  • Exactly which part number(s) do not fit
  • Dimensions of your original parts
  • Description of problem and any other information you deem relevant
  • Telephone number where you can be reached


Defective or Damaged in shipment?
Please do not return defective or damaged parts. We will contact you promptly to arrange for delivery of new parts. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Kindly send an email to CustomerService@broilking-gasgrillparts.com, with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Part number and description of damage or defect
  • If possible, photo of defective or damaged part
  • Telephone number where you can be reached


Packing error?
Didn't get what you ordered? Even with packing controls in place, this sometimes happens. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.   Do not return the incorrect parts.  We will contact you promptly to arrange for delivery of the correct parts. Kindly send an email to CustomerService@broilking-gasgrillparts.com with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Description of incorrect part and/or part number received
  • If possible, photo of part received
  • Telephone number where you can be reached


Don't want the parts?
Decide to buy a new grill? Giving up cooking? No problem. As long as they are in new, saleable condition, and in the original packaging, you can simply return the parts. We'll credit your account less the original outbound shipping cost.


Cancelled orders and refused shipments
If you decide to cancel an order after it is placed, send us an email and we will do our best to stop it before it leaves our warehouse. If we can catch it, we will cancel the order and restock the parts at no charge to you. If the order has already been packed and picked-up for shipment by the carrier, it is too late for us to cancel the order. Simply refuse the delivery (cheapest) or return the parts to us unopened. We will refund your account less all shipping cost; this includes the original outbound shipping charges and any return shipping charges. When the package is returned to us refused, we will refund your account less all shipping costs. Parts must be in new resalable condition and in the original packaging.



When returning parts, please pack well!
If not properly packed, parts can be easily damaged in shipping.  Please use original packing materials when possible.  No refund will be given for broken or damaged parts. This does happen.

Email to CustomerService@broilking-gasgrillparts.com is the best way to contact us. Our customer service folks (mostly family and extended family) frequently work emails after hours and on weekends. Be sure to include your order#.

We also welcome your telephone calls. Our number is (501) 821-4050. If we are unable to answer, please leave a detailed message, including order# and telephone number where you can be reached. We WILL return your call as soon as possible; we have a person whose only job is to receive and return phone calls.
